Yet here you are, sourcing venues, chasing proposals, juggling budgets, and fielding questions from six different directions. All while trying to do the job you were actually hired to do. Something has to give.
A corporate event represents your organization. It's an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build culture, recognize achievements, or make a lasting impression on the people who matter to your business. There are real objectives behind the occasion, and getting it right matters.
A room full of engaged guests. Leadership that's impressed. Colleagues who feel appreciated. Clients who feel valued. An experience that delivers on its purpose without consuming your entire calendar in the process.
Experience Counts
Before founding Jordan Miller Events, I spent more than a decade managing hospitality businesses, multimillion-dollar operations, and complex events. I've been responsible for budgets, teams, guest experiences, and business outcomes, so I understand the pressure of delivering results while balancing competing priorities. I approach corporate events with both an operator's mindset and a host's instincts. I know how to work within an organization, communicate with decision-makers, and keep an ambitious project moving without creating more work for the people who hired me.
IF YOu"RE LOOKING FOR
Corporate event planning isn't about choosing a venue and checking boxes. It's about understanding what your organization wants to accomplish and building the right experience around it.
From executive retreats and leadership dinners to client appreciation events, company celebrations, and brand experiences, I provide planning and event management tailored to your needs. Depending on the scope, that means venue and vendor sourcing, budget development, creative direction, production coordination, guest logistics, and on-site execution.
Not a one-size-fits-all package. A plan built around your priorities.
01
Your calendar has enough on it already. Hand over the research, coordination, and follow-up to someone who can move the project forward while keeping you informed.
02
A strong event budget is about more than controlling costs. I'll help you prioritize spending, evaluate options, and direct resources toward the elements that matter most to your objectives.
03
From the first invitation to the final farewell, every interaction shapes how guests experience your organization. The goal is an event that strengthens relationships and reflects your business at its best.

The Finishing Touch
For larger corporate events, I recommend beginning the planning process 3–6 months in advance. Smaller gatherings and projects with shorter lead times can often be accommodated, depending on the scope and availability.
No two organizations have the same objectives, and event planning shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. Planning fees begin at $4,500, with custom proposals based on the scale, complexity, and level of support your event requires.
